DO NOT FORGET TO FOLLOW STEP 3 TO UPDATE YOUR DATABASE.
Build 1340 Update Only
1) Extract this ZIP to your Enterprise Manager shared folder.
2) Be sure to download and execute the update script(s) below to go from your old build to the new one.
3) Open Enterprise Manager. Go to the Settings Module, and in the "Actions" area (middle-left) select "Update/Repair Database". DO NOT SKIP OR MISS THIS STEP OR YOU WILL LIKELY HAVE PERMISSION AND SETTING ERRORS.
Update Scripts
You must execute each of these as you update to a newer build. Do not skip any files for the builds between your current build and the newer one. They are listed in reverse order.
Open the file in SQL Server Management Console. Execute the script. After the script executes, close SQL Server Management Console. You may then delete the script, as you will no longer need it.

Extract this to a shared location on your network. Create a "Stored Files" folder inside the newly extracted folder.
Open SQL Server Management Studio.
Connect to your database.
Delete any existing Enterprise Manager database.
Open the file SETUP EM PART 1 in the Setup folder.
Execute the query.
When it completes, open the file SETUP EM PART 2 in the Setup folder.
Execute the query.
When it completes you can close SQL Server Management Studio.
Open Enterprise Manager.EXE.
Login as System with no password.
Select the Settings module and enter your Authorization Company Name, along with authorization codes.
Enter all settings.
Log off and back on for modules to become available.
Setting up the purchase order fax/mrp/cycle ordering server:
Create a shortcut on your server to Enterprise Manager.exe with the command-line parameter "/Server". For example:
"F:\Enterprise Manager\Enterprise Manager.exe" /SERVER
Copy this shortcut to your server's startup folder.
Extract to a shared location on your network.
Create a shortcut in your client's startup folder to Client.EXE.
Create a shortcut in your server's startup folder to server.exe.
